Getting Started

Installing the SIM Card and Battery:

  1. Remove the back cover of the device.
  2. Insert an activated micro SIM card into the slot. Ensure the SIM card's PIN code is disabled. This can be done on a smartphone in the SIM security settings.
  3. Install the battery and replace the back cover.

Turning on the Device:

  • Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the device turns on.

Connecting to the Router's Wi-Fi Network:

  1. Enable Wi-Fi on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
  2. Find the network name (SSID) displayed on the router's screen or under the battery.
  3. Enter the password provided in the same location.

Web Interface Configuration

  1. Open a web browser on your device.
  2. Go to http://m.home/.
  3. If logging in for the first time, the system will prompt you to create a new password for the web interface. Create and confirm a strong password.
  4. If a password has already been set, use it. If unchanged, the default credentials are "admin" for both username and password.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Recommendation: Always create a complex password to secure the device from unauthorized access.

Using the LAN Port
The LAN port allows you to:

  • Connect non-Wi-Fi devices (desktop computer, TV, etc.).
  • Provide a stable signal for devices requiring high-speed and stable connections.
  • Expand the network by connecting the router to another router or switch.

Connecting External Antennas
To improve signal quality, the router supports external antennas via TS9 connectors. Mobile Guard antennas are recommended for reliable signal and high performance in 3G/4G networks.

  • Install the antenna in a location with minimal interference (e.g., on the roof, near a window, or on a mast). Obstacles such as walls, trees, or other structures can degrade the signal.
  • After connecting antennas, access the router's web interface at http://m.home/. Open the Settings section and navigate to Diagnostics to view signal parameters like:
    • RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power):
      • Optimal values: between -80 dBm and -95 dBm.
      • Values above -100 dBm indicate weak signal, potentially leading to slow connection speeds.
    • RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality):
      • Optimal values: between -3 dB and -10 dB.
      • Values below -10 dB indicate poor signal quality, possibly causing delays and reduced speed.
  • Adjust the antenna's direction toward the base station until RSRP and RSRQ values improve.

Charging the Device

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the router.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a socket.
  3. While charging, the battery indicator will display on the router's screen.
