❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will the kit work if I have no signal at all?
Yes, this kit is designed specifically for such conditions. The panel MIMO antenna captures weak 4G signals even up to 20 km from the nearest cell tower. If there is absolutely no coverage from any provider, results are not guaranteed — but the kit gives you a chance to "pull" the internet where phones show no signal.
Which mobile operators are supported?
The kit works with all Ukrainian SIM cards: Kyivstar, Vodafone, Lifecell, TriMob. It also supports most European and global operators (bands B1/B3/B7/B20/B28).
How many devices can be connected?
The Olax MT80 router supports up to 10 devices via Wi-Fi simultaneously — laptops, smartphones, tablets, CCTV cameras, Smart TVs, etc.
How long does the router work on battery?
The built-in 3000 mAh battery provides up to 14 hours of autonomous operation. You can also charge the router via Power Bank, solar panel, or car adapter.
Can I use a different antenna?
Yes. The router has two CRC9 ports compatible with most external 4G MIMO antennas. The included antenna is high-performance, but you can replace it if needed.
What is the Wi-Fi coverage range?
The Wi-Fi operates at 2.4 GHz and covers up to 10 meters in open space or several rooms indoors.
Can I use the kit abroad?
Yes, Olax MT80 supports international frequencies and works with SIM cards in Europe, USA, and Asia (bands B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28/B38/B40/B41).
Are any special settings required?
No. The device comes preconfigured. Just insert a SIM card and connect the antenna — you’ll have internet in 2–3 minutes. APN settings for Ukrainian operators are applied automatically.
Is this kit suitable for military use?
Yes. It is designed for field conditions, bunkers, and temporary command posts. It provides stable internet without power for up to 14 hours and supports WPA2-PSK encryption. It works where conventional connectivity fails.
